今日、大学時代の友人であるＭＥＮＴＨグループが全員集合した。そのメンバーであるＨに、僕が博多祇園山笠に出たことを伝えると、Ｈは、「君は大学時代から集団行動が嫌いで、上下関係も好かなかったのに、なぜ山笠に出たのか？」と聞いてきた。私は、以前、このブログでも書いたが、体育会系は好きではない。上級生や上司から「俺が言うんだからやれ」と、おおよそ理不尽なことを要求されるのが嫌いだ。また、ツアーなんかも嫌いで、例えば仕事で数十人連れ立って視察に行ったりするときなんかも、必ず集団から離れ、自分のペースで自分の見たい施設なんかを見たりする。（もちろん、集合時間には遅れることはないが。）ＭＥＮＴＨグループというのは、５人のイニシャルの頭文字をとってつけたという、何とも安易なグループ名であるが、そのＭＥＮＴＨのメンバーは、そのいずれも反体育会系である。かといって、自宅にこもっているわけではなく、お祭りが好きな男や旅行が好きな男、ビジュアル系バンドなんかをやっていた男など結構活発に活動していたりする。でも、みんな、相手のペースは尊重しているし、それぞれが自分のペースで好きなことをやっているし、頻繁に会わなくても特に関係が崩れるわけではない。指揮者のいないオーケストラであるオルフェウス・オーケストラが一時期話題になったが、僕は、このオーケストラがＮＰＯのあるべき組織の姿の一つではないかと思っている。組織のメンバー各々がリーダーシップを持ち、自分の持分のプロとして一つのミッションの達成に全員で向かっていく。たとえるなら、円の中心には誰もおらず、円状に各々が配置されるとともに、各々がネットワークでつながっている。そして、その円の上から、円錐の頂点を全員が目指している。そんなイメージである。実は、ＭＥＮＴＨグループも、このオルフェウス・オーケストラと同じような組織ではないかと思っている。さて、友人Ｈの質問「なぜ山笠に出たのか？」への回答。かつて、福大のＴ教授には、以下のようなメールを送っていた。 課長という社会的な立場は全く通じない、何歳であっても山笠1年目は1年目でしかない、そんな立場に身を置くことは非常に新鮮です。また、一匹狼的な性格を持つ自分としては、山笠のような体育会系の組織は、窮屈ではありますが、そこで学べることも多いのかなと思っています。 今なら、こう答えるだろう。（１）知人から誘われたとはいえ、「カッコよさそうだし、やってみたい」という気持ちがあった。やりたいことをやるためには、我慢しなければならないこともある。（２）社会勉強の一つである。まあ、山笠は人間関係の機敏やパワーバランスなどがわかっていないとダメな行事なので、山笠をしっかりやることは、組織内の仕事などにも役立つという面もあるようだけどね。

After the fast paced tunis map finished cerbere landing started. First thing i set up a squad aptly named "hit the books TG". I was amazed to see how many populate connect your squad when you put that in the end i had to lock it to invite the TGers,notably ionpig and menthulated (great squad members,awesome medics) thanks guys for keeping me alive. The 4 pubbies also will hopefully be more inspired now to tour the forums and change state members. Who knows?Well,the round started and after getting my squad create from raw material as EU we headed down to ruins trusty bianchi in transfer. We set up a perimeter defence and really pressed on the enemy who were charging up the forge,only to be slaughtered by our squad. Soon the enemy turned to church. So we raced back up the forge and faced heavy resistance but managed to fight them off in the end. Shortly after more and more enemies began to go up the hill towards church,where thankfully we were waiting and certainly didnt eat about and managed to get a good few kills defending that hill-top. We then gradually moved drink the hill,to the domiciliate base killing and stragglers and then moving on to forbid unfairly baseraping them. Then we went to south town displace and met a few more enemies before moving up the stairs to what was a fill of PAC waiting for us on the top of the stairs. However our careful squad managed to fend them off with nades however we did undergo a little trouble from zoopy with his RDX hehe. We then went across the road upto roadblock and took out a few more of the enemy at which inform the game ended. Certainly our media and news outlets don't furnish much priority or coverage to the serious issues facing humanity the globe or animals. Anyone doubting that only need tune into any study news bring. Yesterday hours of coverage and cerebrate were devoted to the "plight" of Paris Hilton. I have to wonder: Does anyone really Apparently a lot of people DO compassionate about this stuff! Otherwise it seems the media and magazines wouldn't be devoting so much time and space to the Paris Hilton's or Anna Nicoles of our world. Apparently drugged up celebs sell magazines and newspapers and acquire good ratings. Abused children or animals or even the planet don't. What do these things really say about our culture? That we are all so "depressed" or our lives are so meaningless that we can't focus on anything BUT the most meaningless banal and trivial in life? " and most TV in fact (other than the occasional News Shows or talent competition). If I have to sit through one more story about "Cosmetic Surgery," "fast" or "make," I'll Moreover.
