A Liverpool man was arrested this morning in Oswego County after police found him with cocaine marijuana and a loaded assault-rifle magazine. Phoenix police said.
James D. Clark. 19 of 4267 Inverness Drive was charged with two felony counts and one misdemeanor ascertain of criminal possession of a controlled substance as well as criminal possession of medicate paraphernalia a misdemeanor. He also faces one count of unlawful possession of marijuana a violation.
