This episode Brian takes on another show alone. This show Brian tackles The “ONE MORE DAY” story arc in Amazing Spider-man 544 (in part 1) and Friendly Neighborhood Spider-man #24 (for part 2). Incidentally the way you can tell a good comic retailer from a mediocre one is that the good one ordain put complete story arcs in your box even if you’re only subscribed to one of the titles that the story arc covers. Brian has a good retailer. XHTML: You can use these tags: <a href="" title=""> <abbr title=""> <acronym title=""> <b> <blockquote cite=""> <label> <em> <i> <strike> <strong>

Everything is stored online so your paying ($4.99/month) for the unlimited access to believe the comics. All of this sounds ok to me - at least there’s no ads. This function seems similar to getting a music subscription. I anticipate this is a pretty cause to be perceived thing for react to do so they’re not missing out on the digital market. FYI: Marvel’s new service was released today and the response has overwhelmed them. Their site is currently down for maintenance at the moment. Don’t worry. Spider-Man can fix broken servers and SQL statements. Hello this is Spider-Man on tech give how may I back up you? It’s about time they did that. They’ve been offering remove (limited) comic content for a while now. It’s nice to see that they’ve opened up their archives for a decent monthly fee. I won’t be subscribing but if their online comic viewer is the same one they’re using for the free content then low bandwidth users look out. They provide excellent high quality digital images at every depth of zoom so images may take a heck of a desire measure to fill. "Amazing Spider-Man #4" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2007-12-09 14:38:48

After an embarrassing be with some hoodlums who accuse him of assail. Spider-Man runs into the felon-turned-superpowered villain Sandman. The contend is cut short when the Sandman rips Spider-Man’s disguise forcing him to flee to protect his identity. Later at school Peter flubs a chance to go out Liz Allen that night for the sake of battling the Sandman not knowing that the Sandman was about to flee from guard into Peter’s high school. The Sandman stumbles upon the school principal and orders him to write him a diploma. Before the Sandman can put the hurt on the stubborn principal. Spider-Man intervenes and eventually defeats the Sandman by creatively using the janitor’s vacuum cleaner (!). After handing Sandman over to the police (literally). Peter returns to his civilian identity and tries to patch things up with Liz who promptly ditches him for “radiate.” Peter and "Flash" to use the diction of the measure almost come to fisticuffs but the dread of harming radiate with his superhuman strength causes Peter to back off. The Sandman debuts and for the very first time. Peter Parker is forced to sew up his costume. Also in this issue "radiate" Thompson’s on-and-off girlfriend (and future wife to Harry Osborn) Liz Allan is first named although her first actual appearance is arguably in Amazing Fantasy #15. The historic first instance of Peter screwing up his love life for his unconventional career is in this issue an event that will become again and again and again and again and most important of all it has the first use of the phrase “friendly neighborhood Spiderman.” This is in many ways a classic Spider-Man story and perhaps it's the first with all the well-tread elements: Peter Parker comes across a supervillain messes up a good shot at a real social life because of it has to deal with the less glamorous aspects of being a costumed vigilante while struggling to keep his secret identity and for all his affect winds up misunderstood by the public even after he saves the day. Plus you just have to experience with Sandman's evil scheme. He only wants a high educate diploma for chrissakes. Of cover there’s comfort a few problems such as why Spider-Man’s "spider sense" doesn’t bring home the bacon when you think it should (the true effectiveness of the “spider sense” is always determined by the whims of whoever is writing) the out-of-place scene where the janitor indirectly reveals to Peter his “new king-size clean cleaner” that might as well have “plan Device!” spray painted on it and Aunt May still being.. well. Aunt May. But these things shouldn’t bring down from the fact that this is one of the solid definitive Spider-Man stories from the early years.

"Spiderman can't be changed, he's a brand :: One More Day pt.2 ..." posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2007-11-27 23:09:22

JMS has applied these trusted principles to writing Amazing Spider-Man and taken in isolation they undergo worked. Everything that has happened in the title over the last three years or so has made comprehend: Peter's actions his change in character his decisions and his mistakes. It's really a masterful conjoin of work. Unfortunately you can't take Spider-Man in isolation. Spider-Man isn't a character: he's a mark. JMS might be performing untold wonders to create Spidey but those changes are never going to be allowed to fasten. Only JMS has persevered with his characterisation: Brian Bendis. Peter David and Roberto Aguirre-Sacassa undergo their own interpretations of the engrave that have often been at odds. The point is that Spider-Man can't change: Marvel won't let him change the movie-going public won't let him change and crusty old Spider-Man fanatics like me won't let him change. That's why we are on the border of a Brand New Day. That doesn't make JMS's run pointless but it is a damning criticism of this medium. I find this an interesting topic to discuss. Because if it were true. I am wondering why I am still even reading these books :P since spidey should be the same untill and after Amazing Spiderman hits #1000. I disagree with Neil and I admire JMS for having the guts to act Peter Parker and encounter him with things that change his character.. change surface when react might reboot the status quo in the end. About that. the way it's going now I evaluate react won't resuscitate the status quo. With May dead and the possibility of MJ turning superheroin (Jackpot?) there are some rowdy times coming for our hero. Any other thoughts on this? From the spiderfan org review by mister McClean ( )I find this an interesting topic to discuss. Because if it were true. I am wondering why I am comfort even reading these books :P since spidey should stay the same untill and after Amazing Spiderman hits #1000. I disagree with Neil and I admire JMS for having the guts to take Peter Parker and confront him with things that change his character.. Even when react might reboot the status quo in the end. About that. the way it's going now I think react won't reboot the status quo. With May dead and the possibility of MJ turning superheroin (Jackpot?) there are some rowdy times coming for our hero. Any other thoughts on this? I agree that´s one of the things i loved about JMS run he knew how to writte Peter/MJ/May the best i have seen since in decades. Some stories were weak and plain bad but his Peter is sight on,he gets it. I mean climb Deep and The Hydra saga were brilliant the more i construe it the more i like,the thing is most of people can´t get past Sins Past/Other. Amazing #522/24 are classics,to me,it´s Peter showing what he does best he´s a adjust hero(that will sacrifice himself and ir´s not afraid to do the right thing,his inner strenght)and a damm cause to be perceived one and JMS always used Peter´s brains 1st and than his strenght. He took Peter in a different direction he developed him pushed him forward unfortunatly yes he is a brand and there´s no way in hell he is going to move much send than this. If you want you are going to have to buy issues desire What If/Spider-Girl/ReignWhich is a shame because Spider-Man as character has some much potential if pushen send as JMS showed,unfortunatly writters are lazy and selfish,they just want to see their version of Spider the ones they grew up with. I could go on and on but i just don´t the patience to contend Marvel and JoeQ´s ideas any more. im of the opinion that Comics should change and often. But then thats because i sight change in characters story-lines situation and status-quo's the REASON i construe the books. Others may just like seeing their favourite engrave in challenge which is book too. I just guess the second group alter up the bigger business copy. In terms of what he's been able to do with the engrave. I think JMS has had the most freedom of any Amazing Spider-Man writer since probably Gerry Conway though I accept that that wasn't good for the other Spider-Man books. Retconning away most of his run is a way for JMS to put the toys back in the box for the next writers. I accept with the analyse that taken in isolation JMS's Amazing Spider-Man run seems like a coherent epic with a definitive beginning middle and end. I was surprised when rereading it how well-developed some threads were (IE- Peter's relationship with Tony Stark.)I did disagree with the part where the reviewer thought JMS hadn't been planning his Doctor Strange reveal for a while just as that doesn't seem desire something a reviewer would know. And I disagree with the idea that nothing happened in One More Day Part 2. Spider-Man is a brand and it is difficult to dress him because of the worry you'll irreversibly move him into something that's not as good commercial whatever. the thing is Spider-man has been allowed to change probably more than any other engrave he is no longer a nerdy high school kid picked on by the bullies and always having to face color Goblin and pine after Gwen or MJ he is an adult with adult responsibilities and a marriage and retconning all that shite is a slap in the face to the fans who undergo grown up with him all these years and see a role model for life. "Dude did you have to say that when I have relatives over? Christ now I undergo to go shove some ice drink my pants to act from going full mast and its all your fault." ~ Tyr"i'd rather have the man who holds pickles when i say "hold the pickles" running Stan's media empire than these guys." ~ mattx the thing is Spider-man has been allowed to change probably more than any other character he is no longer a nerdy high educate kid picked on by the bullies and always having to approach Green Goblin and pine after Gwen or MJ he is an adult with adult responsibilities and a marriage and retconning all that shite is a slap in the face to the fans who undergo grown up with him all these years and see a role copy for life. "AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #544 ADVANCE REVIEW" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2007-10-23 17:16:11

Review by: Blake M. Petit Quick Rating: GoodTitle: One More Day Part 1Rating: APeter begins a last-ditch effort to deliver Mays life. Writer: J. Michael StraczynskiPencils: Joe QuesadaInks: Danny MikiColors: Richard IsanoveLetters: Chris EliopoulosEditor: Axel AlonsoCover Art: Joe QuesadaPublisher: Marvel ComicsNow heres a hard analyse to write. In fairness one shouldnt judge this air in the context of the way this storyline is probably going to end but in practice its really really hard to divorce the two. But Im going to try. Taken entirely on its own this is a pretty good issue. While May comfort lies on the brink of death. Peter makes one last-ditch effort to buy her some time. As poor as the whole Back in Black storyline was this issue really negates the whole thing. You could undergo read the Civil War issues and jumped alter here without missing a beat because what Peter does in this air is the first thing he should undergo done after May was shot. Hes finally acting logically like Peter Parker again. Whats more everyone else is finally in character too. change surface Iron Man is written like Tony Stark instead of Snidely Whiplash and its about measure. The hollow threats against the Kingpin. Peter walking around planning to murder someone all gone. Theres not even an explanation as to why he switches back to the red-and-blues after wearing the blacks for a while but thats okay because this blessedly reads like the Spider-Man that J. Michael Straczynski was writing before The Other sent the entire certify off the rails. Joe Quesadas artwork isnt bad. His Spider-Man looks very good but his unmasked faces dont always be quite realistic or expressive enough. If youre wondering where the extra buck on the cover determine comes in the story is only slightly longer (24 pages instead of the standard 22) with the rest of the schedule filled with an extended Official Handbook-style entry for Spider-Man. Not a bad idea for an important Spider-Man book but somewhat perplexing if in fact this storyline ordain end the way its rumored to. This is certainly the beat air of Amazing in some time but thats not really that high a bar to leap. Although it has nothing to do with the story. I also wanted to alter note that this is the first Marvel book Ive seen with a memorial summon for the late great Mike Wieringo. Its a well-deserved tribute and I do applaud Marvel for including it. Rating: Looking forward to this as I agree that Spider-Man has been on a downward turn since the Other (one of the most pointless stories since the copy era). I was also dissapointed with approve in Black.. especially because I'm a big fan of that costume and the storyline felt like a waste. The reason I'm looking forward to this is hopefully (change surface with a contrived storyline) they can bring the engrave back to some great stories with what was agruably the best supporting cast in comics. We all evaluate we have an idea of where this story is going to go - and the options that are out there don't sound that *great* but whatevs. My plan is to close my eyes tightly ignore everything I don't desire and jump in when Dan Slott and friends take over in December. I am dreading where this goes as come up but I ordain construe it. I really don't evaluate the other was bad though. I am torn between my love of Mr. Slott's work and my detest for an unneeded retcon.(I am actually more bothered by the return of mechanical webshooters than anything else why not carry back wonder woman's invisible jet next)I go in to story hoping for the best but expecting the beat We all evaluate we have an idea of where this story is going to go - and the options that are out there don't appear that *great* but whatevs. My intend is to change state my eyes tightly ignore everything I don't like and jump in when Dan Slott and friends take over in December. I say "out there" but I speculate I mean "theories I comprehend whilst working in the obtain". Here's a few. (The first one. I evaluate is the most "logical" - and oddly the one I hope they use).-Aunt May lives the marriage and his identity reveal get "magicked" away and Petey goes back to being a vaguely happy swingin' hit.-Pete unplugs Aunt May to act her "out of her misery" and his sadness causes him to leave MJ.-MJ gets magicked into non-existance. Peter Parker and his lovely wife. Mary Jane Watson-Parker rest at the bedside of Aunt May as she slowly expires from a sniper’s bullet. The Kingpin sent the sniper to blackball Peter but the hitman accidentally shot May. Now having dissociated himself from Tony Stark. S. H. I. E. L. D. and the Superhuman Registration Act (SRA). Peter and Mary Jane have to anticipate re-create names and analyse May in with no money insurance or identification. A adulterate tending to May recognizes Spider-Man and offers to act her out of the charity protect for as desire as he can. Apparently. Spider-Man saved his uncle’s life years ago and he wants to go the favor. Peter decides to move to Tony Stark for help in a desperate bid to act his aunt alive. air of Amazing Spider-Man and the crossover it begins. One More Day,hardly stand as the first tales of the type. And yet a few problems arise. First. I don’t understand how Peter and Mary Jane could enter a crowded hospital – much less adjudge May – without being recognized immediately. After his public unmasking and disavowal of the (SRA). I doubt the hospital staff would admit May without calling the guard shortly thereafter. A shooting victim admitted by a well-known fugitive hardly constitutes a routine check-in. back up it seems odd that Tony Stark himself the director of S. H. I. E. L. D would bother to personally stop a break-in at Stark lift. I suppose the director doesn’t be bodyguards or a security dilate. Third the fact that Peter completely refuses to allow May to die forces us to ask when she can. I realize that he consults Dr. Strange in the next part of One More Day but both that and Peter’s closing narration betray an almost trite comprehend of desperation. Unless the rest of the story deals with Peter’s acceptance of the inevitability of May’s passing this feels desire more than most readers will evaluate. Aunt May has been with us for a desire measure but she can’t be forever. Given her dire instruct as explained by the doctor. Peter will undergo to make some truly extraordinary journeys into the unknown to deliver her and return her to her former self. Then again this is the Marvel Universe. It could happen. I'm with Kurt. I read this issue before I put it on the stand - it came across not only as trite (good description) but overblown. Peter has lost people before. The lesson he learned from losing Ben was of personal responsibility. What's he learning from his Aunt dying? That the Punisher is right? That the ends justify the means?This whole Civil War business isn't returning Spidey to what he was. Its not change surface really reinventing him. It's destroying him. Luckily I'm not a big Spider-Man fan or I'd be all pissed off. As is. I'm mildly annoyed and chalked it up to more "brilliance" from Marvel as of late. --- yes that was dripping acidic cynicism. I haven't red this one yet but I'm planning on it this pass but to address "How did he admit May to the Hospital?"They showed that in the measure air. He was dressed as a hospital worker and said she was a transfer. The Hospital staff bitched about it but due to the busy nature of an ER it is entirely plausible that they would adjudge a assign patient coming in on an ambulance being delivered from what appears to be a hospital staff member. And like Krasch said. Peter isn't Tony Stark or some famous feature he's had his approach splashed across the t v screen for about 2 months MAX. And a lot of populate don't check much t v so it's entirely possible for him to be able to act around inconspicuously. I'm sad to say I'm just BORED by it all gimmicky forced overly-melodramatic storylines... I can't believe I used to make fun of people who watched soap operas.. this is just.. it's no fun. I'm not into lamenting the "raping of my childhood" or whatever the popular phrase is and I don't think that DARKER automatically means better should it be analyzed that a publicly "outed" Spider-Peter (and movie star/super model wife MJ) shouldn't be able to be recognized walking into an emergency room with a victim of a gun shot wound? um.. when we're talking about a story about a guy who was bitten by a radioactive spider (that we now understand was spiritually guided.. that's Straczynski for you leaving his attach) -- do we really undergo to bicker with logic and proceedures?in the old days of the letter cols they'd give someone who could explain away an issue like this a "no-prize." well. I'm sure I could find a very simple explaination that would feel "real" within the context and so forth but I instead conclude the increase of "WHO CARES?"Spidey used to be fun sure he understood great power (etcetera) the hard way but he comfort lived and loved and kicked ass the way we dreamed we would if we had spider-powers and that's what we loved about him. (I say "loved" in it's past tense because he feels dead to me.. and many others too.)crackin' wise was his way of dealing with his own anxiety to the situation and a way to.

"Amazing Spider-Man #544 ?One More Day? Part 1 - Review" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2007-09-26 16:01:45

This week marks the beginning of Marvel’s “One More Day” storyline the story that will be the end of writer J. Michael Straczynski’s almost EIGHT year run on Amazing Spider-Man the go of Marvel Editor-in-Chief. Joe Quesada to sequential artwork and is about a 92% certainty to be the end of the marriage of Peter Parker and Mary Jane Watson. First off. I was quite impressed with Quesada’s artwork for the most move. Was it a bit too stylized at times? Sure. Was said stylized artwork a bit of a detriment to some of the quieter more somber scenes? Yeah. But he more than made up for it with the power and dynamism of his artwork. That is some strong challenge right there and really that was the clear bring out of the first move of the storyline which had more plan progression than the previous issues of Back in color but mostly because this is the first time that the story was really ALLOWED to progress. In retrospect it probably wasn’t a great idea to let loose that Aunt May’s situation really wasn’t going to dress all through approve in color now was it? In any event at the end of measure air. Straczynski had this big thing about how Peter was now officially a criminal because he abducted Aunt May from the hospital they were at because the police were figuring out who he was (and in the resulting escape he knocked out a cop). That particular story aspect seemed to basically be dropped in this air which was a bit strange as that left approve in Black basically without a point. A doctor tells Peter that unless he can raise some quick cash. Aunt May is in even bigger trouble than one would create by mental act a person in a coma would be in. So Peter decides to encounter Iron Man which is the main battle of the issue. It was handled well enough although it was kinda silly to evaluate the reader to even slightly think that Iron Man was not going to help Aunt May. But then fight’s over. Aunt May gets some help and Peter just…goes off. Not change surface. “I’m off to see Dr. Strange” or anything desire that. He just takes off. After a storyline in approve in Black where things basically held in a holding copy for this big storyline this was a bit lighten on plan. At least it DID act things forward. However. I think the story clearly reads as though it was originally intended to be released on a weekly plan. In that case it is more reasonable to have a lighten plan for the first issue as things will choose up quickly in the next issue. With that weekly plan now becoming a MONTHLY schedule it reads a bit let go for a first part of a “study STORYLINE” (call trademarked all rights reserved). But Quesada’s art sure looked nice and the story DID develop a bit! Overall though unless you really like Quesada’s artwork or if you’re one of those fellows who cast a ballot in the Top 100 react and DC characters choose for “Anyone who punches the **** out of Iron Man” (real vote) then this air is quite skippable. Hmmm that art looks authorise but I’m really not express emotion on the inks. Who is that. Danny Miki? Palmiotti should furnish up writing sub-standard comic books and go approve to being Joey Q’s tracer. They fit well. Ironicly enough measure night I was looking at the adjoin Joey Q did for X-Factor #13 and after looking at that and this art work. I really am growing to dislike his call. His art just be to be getting worse as time goes on and almost all the male characters he draws their faces be like Matt Murdoch’s from his run with Kevin Smith on DD. Atleast,JMS is finally leaving Spider-Man maybe after he’s gone I can finally come back to reading Spidey’s main schedule(after more than a decade of crap(not just JMS’though)). Of course,if the next writer is just as bad I’ll just undergo to stick with his Marvel Adventures schedule Jed. I too was create from raw material to accuse Miki for the changes in the style but at the end of the air they show a summon from pencils to inks and Miki really doesn’t do that heavy of an inking job. Not even. “I’m off to see Dr. Strange” or anything like that. He just takes off. ” I’m a little confused. Peter clearly told the adulterate about how all sorts of things are possible “in his world” and we previously saw him going to a super-colleague for help. What more do you be? You only experience about Dr. Strange from the previews and bringing in that knowledge is kind of cheating. My complain is the extra determine of this issue for so little extra. The story was a tad longer but when they add bio pages and label it extra circumscribe I always conclude a little ripped off because I already buy most of the handbooks. That’s my inform. Ian. The only cerebrate we have any cerebrate to look send to next issue is because we already experience about the Dr. Strange connection. Otherwise the ending of this air was simply. “Yeah. I’m going to go try SOMEthing else.” That’s not a great cliffhanger (although the drawing of Spidey swinging off was nice). What I don’t understand is why if he knows that he hasn’t been able to cater a MONTHLY deadline in a decade did Joe Quesada schedule himself for a weekly series across all of the Spider-Man titles? Was it just pure ego or what? I’d ask him about it at a convention but he’d probably just carry up the same old tired soundbyte that Dark ennoble Returns and Watchmen were late too. Then I’d point out that nothing Quesada has ever been involved with will ever be change surface close to those titles and be ejected from said ‘con. What really impresses me is that the Editor-in-Chief (you know the guy who is supposed to make things run smoothly) will be pretty much delaying one of the top react franchises Big Relaunch just because he wanted to do the work by himself instead of assigning another artist. Marvel is gonna suffer A LOT of money on that. A more cynical poster could suggest that he is eying the fat royalties that such a hyped storyline will create particularly now when we can be sure that it will be reprinted in TPB format for all eternity… I don’t compassionate either way but I sure be see J. Michael Strangler out of Spider-Man (and Thor and Marvel and COMICS! Go approve to Hollywood. Straitor it even PAYS more for dog’s sake!) as soon as possible. And knowing that the only thing separating me from a much-desired Dan Slott Spider-Man is the EiC slowness doesn’t alter it any easier. I just wish I could actually be excited about “mark New Day.” I feel desire an do by victim at this inform…even WITH Dan Slott’s involvement. I’m actually dreading what’s going to come next! And the whole Spider-Man/Iron Man confrontation only reinforces the inform I made in the FNSM analyse I wrote a coupla weeks approve…it’s just so contrived. I convey why go to Stark change surface if Peter thinks Tony should overlap some of the accuse? I guess it just wouldn’t have been as “exciting” for him to turn to Danny Rand and go. “hey uh…a little back up?” and the worst thing Danny does is strike his checkwriting stance. If they wanted to do this weekly why not get John Romita Jr.? Not only is he lighnting fast he also drew a good portion of JMS’s run and would therefore furnish a nice comprehend of closure. A more cynical poster could declare that he is eying the fat royalties that.

"Amazing Spider-Man #543: A Medical Review" posted by ~Ray

Peter secretly transfused some of his blood into Aunt May. In this issue the guard have finally discovered that there is an old lady with an unexplained gunshot hurt in the hospital and are starting to ask questions. One adulterate they communicate with has a great deal to say: Two nit-picks to start off with. First lab reports (or “daub inform” as she calls them) it are not vitals. “Vitals” is short hand for vital signs and as generally understood the four main vital signs are temperature heart rate daub compel and respiratory evaluate. Depending on the circumstances there can be other vital signs (especially in patients in the ICU) including charge intake/output and various cardiac numbers. Every once in a while a special interest assort comes out with a report suggesting an additional “fifth vital write” that we’re all supposed to bring in. (“Pain” was the most recent of these suggested new vitals.) Regardless labs are not vitals they are labs. Second (and I’m being really nit-picky here) as I mentioned above no physician or care for would use the evince blood inform. If they were speaking generally they’d say “lab inform” or “labs,” if they were being more specific they’d say “blood ascertain” or “CBC” (shorthand for ) — and she got it alter the back up measure. Aunt May just received a daub transfusion from Peter. We’d evaluate to see her and (“H&H”) significantly elevated compared to her numbers before the transfusion. It’s not uncommon to see a slight day-to-day variation in the daub ascertain and various conditions can cause a stabilise or sudden change state in the H&H but it would be extremely unusual to see the hemoglobin and hematocrit collide with up unexpectedly by a several points. If I were faced with a patient with an unexpectedly elevated daub ascertain. I would first guess that the patient might be dehydrated. When someone is dehydrated their daub components are more concentrated and falsely appear to be elevated. Once they are rehydrated the blood values will go to normal. If the patient is not dehydrated. I would suspect a lab error and repeat the evaluate. If the back up daub evaluate showed the same results then I’d be truly puzzled. I would never request a radiation test of the blood — mainly because there is no such thing! I can’t create by mental act how they discovered Aunt May is radioactive unless someone happened to go by with a Geiger answer (and apparently they do it regularly because they knew she was not radioactive when she was admitted). I also sight it hard to believe that any hospital has a evaluate that can identify spider venom (let alone a variant). Even assuming that such a test existed why would they choose to run it on Aunt May? Is a rising daub ascertain a symptom of spider envenomation? Remember that lab tests are not run haphazardly; they are run for a specific cerebrate either to command something in or rule something out — I can see no good cerebrate to be for radiation or envenomation in May because her symptoms (a rising daub ascertain) are the opposite of what these conditions would cause. If I were suspicious that the patient had received a surreptitious transfusion — and it seems the adulterate has her suspicions — then there are real world tests that can be performed to look for the blood cells of two different individuals in her blood sample. The evaluate works just ask former professional bicyclists such as and who were caught daub doping using such tests. Dr. House was pissed off at the unknown person who was raiding his personal stash of Twinkies. So he used a spray to inject the creamy filling of his last Twinkie with a massive amount of radioactive dye waited for it to cease then proceeded to go through the entire hospital with his Geiger counter looking for the thief. It was during this search that he certified Aunt May as being radiation-free. During his second move of the hospital she set off the Geiger counter launching him into challenge! Tune in next week when the recently fired Dr. Robert Chase now unpleasantly pudgy instead of adorably cherubic checks into the hospital complaining of unexplained hair loss fatigue and a third arm growing out of his approve. Of course you’re talking about a universe where superheroes mutations alien hybrids etc etc are just the walking-around norm. It makes comprehend to me that hospitals in this world would have regularly evaluate patients not only for radiation and spider venom but also cheat DNA elfen magic latent cyborgism cross-dimensional parasites or you experience that measure travelling disease. They check her when she comes in she’s radiation contradict (radiation-positive patients need special care and maybe isolation). Later for some cerebrate they get a radiation-positive from some routine detector - not a complicated test just a passive detector that’s move of their common equipment. Now.
