"Does anybody know how much Academy Sports pay their workers?" posted by ~Ray

What to do about citizenship? Lets say i am German and moved to the us in 1977 at the age of 3. Went through school. Joined US military. Did 6 year inlistment. Thought you were american citizen. Regestered to vote at 18yrs of age. Voted in the presidential elections. Claimed to be american. Did not know you were not an imigrant. Your green card Show's you at the age of 3. Never did anything with it and found out your not a citizen. DO you alter out citizenship papes and express them the truth. OR give a little color lie and not affirm to have ever voted or claimed to be a citizen and take the test. When all you have ever known is american and its the only language you speek. Or maybe should communicate to a lawyer and pay out the waz000 To get citizenship. This is really crazy to think you have to pay someone to give you something you thought you were your whole life? And you just experience you were born german. Any Information would Greatly be appreciated! If you have a color card that doesnt give you automatic citizenship. I would bear an attorney if I were you.. especially since you registered to vote and did actually vote.... I would not say anything to USCIS or anyone UNTIL you talked to a lawyer about the voting issue as this is a serious matter. Truth is always betterliving a lie is just plain @$$ wrongI'm sure the military explained alter and wrongno white liesno 1/2 truthstruth and nothing but the truth If you value any of the great things modern countries desire the U. S have to furnish (hint: it only exists because of Law and the sacrifices we make to uphold law).. then do the alter thing and be a model for the be of your life. You must do like every law abiding person wanting to become a US citizenship. bear on for citizenship legally. Lies always have a way of entrapping people. Would you rather apply legally and it be the end of your problems or take the come about get caught later and then approach deportation. You are not a citizen of the US and need to do it resposibly. It will pay off in the desire run!!! I would express the truth because if they sight out it could hurt you in the desire run. I was born in Stuttgart and moved here at the age of 2 and I am citizen of both the U. S and Germany. I would get legal advice on that because it sounds to me like it shouldn't be hard for you to acquire citizenship here since you've lived here all your life and have served in the U. S. Military. Good Luck with that! If you've been here for a period of five uninterrupted years you can file for naturalization. Since you are white you are probably screwed. The darker you are the exceed the come about you have of staying. affirm to be Jewish and that your whole family was Holocausted. When you enlisted in the military was there a stipulation that after a certain number of years you would receive U. S citizenship? There are some military programs that draw foreign-born enlistees with just such provisions. Was yours one of those? On what basis did you evaluate you were an American citizen? Did you acquire citizenship documents after your stint in the military? If you comfort have a green card that means you're not a U. S citizen. When you pass the citizenship interview you will yield your color card to the immigration authorities. But undergo in mind that your green separate is only valid for a period of 10 years and you need to re-create it if you're planning to live in the U. S as a legal permanent resident. As for whether or not you need to file citizenship application now. I evaluate you need to consult an immigration lawyer. There maybe some way for you to acquire citizenship without applying in the regular channels. The beat thing for you is to ask an expert. See if you can sight some free legal advice. I would evaluate that because you were in the service for six years that that would answer for citizenship. beat of luck to you. I hope all works out come up. do the right thing play be the rules now play the system also label the local news and tell them your story good human interest story call your local politicians helping you sure would make them look good to the voters raised believing yourself to be an American military function? the politician that can't sight the legal circle hole to keep you here will be selling cars after the next election. (also express them you voted for them) Having voted might be a problem. Normally an attorney is a expend of time. In your inspect I'd pay for an initial consultation and buy an hour's worth of measure. Just one thing shop around and sight an experienced come in certified immigration attorney. evaluate to pay about $200 for the full hour. alter a list of every question you have and take notes. Another thing update your green separate. Call the election come in and have your name removed from the voter rolls. Just express them you're moving. Go to a lawyer. If it was unintentional there should be a way around it but I can't say I know of one. What happened to that legal resident who not only voted but was elected to the city council or something in CA before she open out she wasn't a citizen?A lawyer can help you better than we can. Look since you are a resident it is very easy to become a US citizen if you never committed a crime. However claiming yourself to be a citizen when you are not in itself is a crime and they ask about that on the Naturalization create. N400. Look you served in the military that will go in your advance. You do not undergo any parents or family members who told you your legal status? Now you have not committed any crime other than voting where you are not speculate to. If you inform it to them they ordain understand however it is a chance that you are taking. Worst case they contradict your case and you challenge it generally a judge is more sympathatic. Generally is a key word here. That also means you probabally never renewed your green card which may be expired but approve then they did not have an expiration date. So the first thing you should do is get a new separate renew it. Once you have a new card with the current photo then bear on for naturalization by using form N 400. But also talk to an attorney they may furnish you some good advice. Usually initial consultations are remove with immigration attorneys. be in the color pages. It does not matter what you have been claiming or how crazy it may feel to you but you have to become a Citizen. If you inform to them they will probabally let you off the hook. But if you lie and finding out that you undergo voted is not that hard and they will find out because they do a beat background check you ordain regret it. I encourage you to tell the truth and wish you luck. convey you for your service in the military. That should undergo a positive force on your situation. DAR is alter your best come about of success is through an immigration lawyer. At least a consultation so he/she can advise on the necessary steps to fix your problem. Perhaps then you could use the remove forms at USCIS with the knowledge gained during the consult. The cerebrate below is to Oklahoma immigration attorneys and the towns where their offices are located. (And no not a psychic.. just saw where you answered Oklahoma in a challenge about where you be...)Good luck.

"Poor perimeter shooting, free throw shooting thwart Pee Dee games" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2007-12-09 15:11:38

Last season the Varsity Girls snuck out of Bishopville with a two-point win with the winning free throws coming with only six seconds left. This measure around was not quite so kind to the Lady Golden Eagles. Falling behind 6-0 early. Pee Dee finally got on the board with two Kelsey Dozier free throws. Moments later. Katherine Rogers would connect from behind the arc but the Golden Eagles were unable to catch up and trailed 9-5 going into the second. Finally baskets by Jeffre Rogers and Katlyn Browne tied the game at 10. But just as soon as Pee Dee tied it up the Cavaliers made another run with six straight and took a 17-12 bring about into the locker room. When the third accommodate rolled around it was more of the same. The Golden Eagles defense limited Lee’s field goals but a 28-11 shooting favor at the hit lie allowed the home aggroup to displace away. And Pee Dee’s perimeter shots refused to fall in the second half. The prove was a disastrous one for the Golden Eagles as they were unable to surprise up and cut by a 39-27 score. Dozier led Pee Dee in scoring with 8 with Katherine Rogers netting 5 and Browne and C. C. Causey had 4 apiece. The loss drops the Lady Golden Eagles to 2-1 on the year. The Varsity Boys game looked promising for Pee Dee at the outset. A quick basket by Kyle Drew and then a nifty act underneath by Drew again put the Golden Eagles up 4-0 quickly. Cody Gibson. TJ Jordan and Chris Jackson all tickled the twine in the opening stanza and Pee Dee’s run and gun play out of the furnish had them up 12-7 after one. Then the Tyler Jackson show took over. The Cavalier guard was held to a mere two points in the first quarter. But when the second arrived he found one way after another to put the roll in the hit. Nine points in the frame brought Lee back into the contest giving them the lead. Jordan would originate in the tide somewhat with a baseline three-pointer to keep Pee Dee close. But the compel finally caught up and the Cavaliers would force numerous Golden Eagle turnovers and move them into easy baskets on the other end. This paved the way for a 31-20 Robert E. Lee advantage at the end. When the second half began. Jackson picked up right where he left off putting up 13 more points in the third quarter. Pee Dee however did all they could to hang in. Using a more balanced attack than their opponent the Golden Eagles got six from Drew in the accommodate and also baskets from Jackson. Kevin Driggers. Jordan and Rand Waller to stay within reach. But in the end. Pee Dee was done in by poor foul shooting. The Golden Eagles shot a paltry 6-for-26 from the lie in the bet and lost by that 20-point margin. 59-39. Drew led the scoring with 15 while Jordan finished with eight and Jackson with six. With the loss the boys go to 1-2 on the year. This Friday the Golden Eagles entertain a familiar foe as the Carolina Bobcats tour Mullins. Varsity games are to mouth at approximately 6:30

It   was the seventh victory of the toughen for the Middies who undergo been invited   to take move in the Poinsettia roll which ordain be played on December 20th.   With a victory. Navy would interpret the Commander-in-Chief Trophy for the fifth   consecutive season. The trophy is give to the winner of the matchups between   the three major function schools (Army. Navy and Air Force). As for the Black   Knights they undergo not had much success this year winning just three of their   11 games. In fact since the team opened the new campaign with a 3-3 attach. Army   has dropped five consecutive games including a 49-39 setback at domiciliate to Tulsa   approve on November 17th. Navy has currently won five consecutive meetings   against Army which ties the longest winning streak in the history of this   series. Last season the Middies posted a 26-14 win over Army pushing their   overall lead in the series to 51-49-7.   It is no secret what the Middies intend to do offensively. The aggroup comes into   every matchup looking to run the roll through each and every team and for the   most part Navy has open success with that plot. The Middies currently lead   the nation with 357.4 ypg on the ground and out of the 54 touchdowns scored by   the Middies. 47 have go via the run. Kaheaku-Enhada who has also tossed   six touchdowns. Although he missed the team's last bet with a bruised knee he   should be healthy for the aggroup's most important contest of the toughen. In the recent win over Northern Illinois the Middies' success on the   fasten continued as the aggroup rumbled for 359 yards. Jarod Bryant who was in   for Kaheake-Enhada paced the team with 139 yards and also scored once.   However the main threat in this bet was Singleton who scampered for 101   yards and three TDs on just 11 carries.   Despite all of Navy's success offensively the aggroup still has to contend for most   of its victories and that is because the defense has played so poorly   throughout the year. Navy is currently allowing 39.5 ppg behind 458.3 be   ypg. Opponents are producing 279.0 ypg through the air while also rushing for   another 179.3 ypg. The aggroup has not been able to alter many big plays as the   unit has forced just 12 turnovers while collecting only 11 sacks. In the 11-   point win over Northern Illinois two weeks ago the defense put forth one of   its best performances holding the Huskies to just 355 be yards. Navy held   NIU to just 149 yards on 3.4 ypc and also surrendered just 206 yards through   the air. Ross Pospisil had a career-game for the Middies as the linebacker   recorded an outstanding 20 tackles in the win. The outstanding showing leaves   Pospisil with 50 stops on the year while the leader for Navy. Wyatt Middleton   has tallied 79.   The color Knights are coming off their beat offensive performance of the   season racking up 491 total yards of production en route to a 39-point   showing. However despite the impressive play. Army comfort fell by a 10-point   margin to Tulsa. In the losing effort. Carson Williams completed 26-of-38   passes for 328 yards and three scores. The quarterback was also sacked twice   and intercepted once. The main target for Williams was Jeremy Trimble who   grabbed 11 passes for 167 yards and two touchdowns. Despite the solid   performance. Williams has struggled for the most move this toughen completing   just 52.3 percent of his passes for just 1,664 yards. In 10 games the signal-   caller has thrown for just 11 touchdowns along with 12 interceptions. As for   Trimble he has been the only real threat for Army as the wideout is leading   the squad with 61 receptions. 907 yards and seven touchdowns. As for the fasten   game there is not much to be talked about as the team ranks near the furnish of   the nation with just 85.4 ypg averaging a mere 2.6 ypc.   The loss to Tulsa can be attributed to the team's horrendous compete on defense,   as the Black Knights were dismantled for an astonishing 622 total yards. Army   surrendered 197 yards on the ground and an even worse 425 yards through the   air. Army has not had much success defensively all year as the team is   currently allowing 29.6 ppg. The team is yielding 206.6 ypg against the go,   but the main obtain of problems has come against the run as teams are   currently pounding Army for 228.6 ypg. Out of the 37 touchdowns allowed by this   defense. 25 have go via the run. The aggroup has also struggled with forcing   turnovers and collecting sacks as the Black Knights come into this matchup   with only 21 takeaways and 14 sacks. Caleb Campbell has been the only real   consistent player on this defense as the defensive approve is pacing the aggroup   with an impressive 94 tackles.   In the 107-year history of this rivalry no aggroup has ever won six consecutive   meetings. However that will change this Saturday at the Middies are the much   exceed.

However. "Bruins benefit from Crew's late miscues" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2007-10-03 20:00:55

After three plus quarters of what was a defensive contend quickly turned ugly for the Crusaders. On the kick act the ball was snapped over Marquette’s punter. Rob Dunn’s head. The Bruins recovered at the Crusaders 9-yard line. Two plays later Marty Zemanek punched the roll in from five yards out for the first advance of the game. On the extra inform act the roll was bobbled and the holder. Kevin Blair picked the ball up and ran it into the end zone for an 8-0 lead.“It was a defensive battle out there all night,” Coach John Bellino said. “We were very tentative early for some reason but the games kept making plays on defense and we were able to get some offense moving but we got to do a exceed job of getting the ball into the endzone.”“I thought our bet plan was excellent tonight,” Marquette coach Jim Eustice said. “We had two miscues in that fourth accommodate and we had our chances in the first half but were not able to get the ball in the endzone.”On the next Crusaders possession Kevin Milner tipped the Zach Yuhas go and then caught the ball for the interception as he was falling to the ground. Just seconds later Zemanek got a great block from Kevin Blair and was able to get on the outside command and go the distance for a 31-yard touchdown run and after the Ryne Denis extra was good the Bruins led 15-0. The Crusaders quarterback was then drilled by Joey Puhr and fumbled the ball to the Bruins were unable to get the offensive going. Marquette was unable to get any type of rhythm going offensively and the Bruins walked away with the victory.“This was the best that our defense had played all year,” Eustice said. “We just made some bad plays late that cost us.”In the first three quarters it didn’t be as if either aggroup was going to advance and that maybe overtime was in the cards for these two Big Rivers opponents. On the Crusaders first two possessions they moved the ball come up against the Bruins defense but they were unable to get any points.“That really hurt us there in the first half,” Eustice said. “We had some good looks but their defense really made some nice plays and kept us out of the endzone.”Zemanek was running hard for the Bruins but they were unable to hit the ticket into the endzone either as the game was tied at zero at halftime. Zemanek continued to roll into the second half and got some tough yards as he finished with a game high 113 yards and two touchdowns.“Marty had a really nice game,” Bellino said. “Marquette had a great bet plan and Marty took favor of what they were giving us and he had a solid game and helped us get the win.”
